About Us: Roper Gulf Regional Council delivers a wide range of municipal and community services within one of the most remote areas of the Northern Territory. Covering 201,000 square kilometers, the Council's operational footprint is one of the largest in the region, spanning from the Kakadu escarpment to the Gulf of Carpentaria, and from the Stuart Highway to the Queensland border. The region comprises five Wards: Never Never, Numbulwar - Numburindi, Nyirranggulung, South West Gulf, and Yugul Mangi. About You:
* Qualifications in Business or Public (Government) Administration (or equivalent) at Certificate IV level or higher

Position Summary:
The Procurement Compliance Coordinator oversees Council's procurement activities to ensure adherence to policies, directives, rules, and protocols. Responsibilities include guiding staff, maintaining procurement documentation, reviewing procurement activities, and supporting the Manager Corporate Compliance. The role requires vigilant monitoring of procurement processes for errors and ensuring compliance across the organization.
