Role details Mackay Base Hospital Executive Office Management is seeking applications for a Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity As an Executive Assistant within the Office of Chief Executive (Executive Office) team your role will comprise: Provide a high level of confidential executive and administrative support and coordination and liaison services to support designated members of the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on their accountabilities, whilst achieving a high level of performance in the demanding executive environment. Work as part of a broader executive support team, contributing to the management and co-ordination the daily functions of the Executive Office to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery within the Office of the Chief Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within MHHS. Whilst reporting directly to the Executive Officer within the Executive Office, this position has a key day to day working relationship with an assigned Executive Leadership Team member/s (comprising Executive Director/s and/or Senior Director/s) and direct/indirect relationships with: All members of the Executive Leadership Team Senior Leaders and support staff throughout the MHHS. Senior Executive and support staff across Queensland Health Office of the Minister for Health, Director-General's Office and other State Government and non- government organisations. Other health system partners and providers.
