Job Title: Maintenance Planner
This is a pivotal role in our organization where you will play a key part in ensuring all maintenance activities are accurately forecasted, planned, and monitored to meet operational and company requirements.
The primary goal of this position is to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This involves forecasting future maintenance needs and resource requirements, compiling work packages, and pre-planning maintenance visits.
* Ensuring planned maintenance is completed per maintenance systems.
* Forecasting future maintenance needs and resource requirements.
* Compiling work packages and pre-planning maintenance visits.
* Assigning aircraft tails based on operational and maintenance needs.
* Monitoring and reporting on maintenance progress, costs, and schedules.
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft maintenance planning and a strong understanding of aviation operations.
* A degree or diploma in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
* Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A commitment to safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
