Warrikal is growing and we’re looking for experienced Mechanical Supervisors and Superintendents to join our Shutdowns and Maintenance team immediately.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise inspections, maintenance, and repairs across mechanical systems
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and Leading Hands across diverse scopes
* Plan, schedule, and resource daily activities to meet deadlines
* Manage work packs, work orders, pre-starts, and attendance tracking
* Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with standards
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and high performance
* Build strong relationships with crews and stakeholders
About You
* Full Australian working rights
* Valid Construction White Card
* Current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
* Australian-recognised trade qualification relevant to the role
* Previous experience in QA/QC and HSE compliance
* Knowledge of ore processing facilities and shutdowns (highly desirable)
* Understanding of non-process infrastructure works (advantageous)
* Valid Working at Heights Certificate
* Valid Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate
* Valid Gas Test Atmosphere qualification
* S26 certification or willingness to obtain
* BHP, FMG, or Rio Tinto inductions (desirable)
* Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and problem-solving ability
* Professionalism, reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude
