Job Title:
Project Management Administrator
This role involves providing administrative support to the Physical Assets Services Branch.
* Provide high-level project related administrative duties to assist the efficiency and effectiveness of PASB executive
* Prepare project related reports and correspondence
* Support the delivery of significant complex capital projects for new SAPOL infrastructure
* Develop and implement new initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes and practices
Working in the PASB:
The Physical Assets Service Branch is responsible for managing physical assets across SAPOL's statewide portfolio.
The branch has multiple workplace sites in metropolitan Adelaide, covering various functions such as facilities management, capital works, major projects, strategic infrastructure, fleet and property stores, contracts, impound and armoury, and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
High level project administration skills are essential for this role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.

* Some out-of-hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required
