We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager/ Financial Controller with previous Business Central ERP experience for an implementation project commencing in January 2026. The role will support a staged rollout of Business Central commencing in January with a US entity, before focussing on Australian operations in the second half of
This role will report to the CFO who will be the finance SME and work with other key stakeholders including Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
What is involved?
* Greenfield US launch with strong executive sponsorship.
* Small, pilot program initially, scaling up by mid 2026.
* Lead the end-to-end Business Central implementation for the US entity before commencing on Australian operations in July 2026.
* Run discovery, configuration, testing and reporting design workshops.
* Build and validate workflows, review controls, set project parameters and test cases.
* Develop a robust reporting suite to support future growth and new product planning.
* Post US go-live, provide input into how the pilot can be scaled across the broader group.
* Document lessons learned, risks, design decisions and optimisation opportunities
* Support planning for future rollout phases.
What we are looking For -
* Proven experience either delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, or significant Business Central user experience.
* Strong financial accounting knowledge
* Comfortable operating as a hands-on Implementation Manager / SME
* Able to work pragmatically with vendors, internal stakeholders and executives.
