Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is a world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
The resort features 638 upscale guestrooms in the Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel.
Amenities include a 42,000 square-foot Rock Spa & Salon, a 13.5-acre recreational water experience, 19 dining outlets, and 20 bars and lounges.
Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring a positive dining experience.
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies.
* Take orders, serve food and drinks, and collect payment in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Adhere to state liquor laws and perform regular running and closing duties.
* Maintain server station cleanliness and adhere to beverage control procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least one year of serving experience in a high volume casual dining environment.
Must be 18 years of age and communicate effectively with guests in English.
Work Environment
* May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
