In this role you'll
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive the future state of Community and Stakeholder Engagement (CSE) by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, capability uplift and continuous improvement across the function.
* Develop and implement an innovation and best practice roadmap
* Drive best practice and innovation in engagement and communications
* Ensure that data, insights and analytics are used to inform strategy, measure impact and support decision-making
* Identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions
* Develop and maintain CSE policies, frameworks, templates and guidance materials
* Oversee systems, governance and stakeholder tracking mechanisms
