Position Summary
As a Sommelier at Atria, you play a central role in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience within one of Melbourne's leading fine dining destinations. Your passion for wine, coupled with a deep understanding of food and service, guides guests through curated selections that elevate every moment of their visit. Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations
* Answer guest questions regarding beverage items, including origin, vintage, and style of various wines
* Create and maintain wine lists showcasing creativity and inventory
* Conduct training sessions to increase beverage knowledge of all team members
* Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
* Deliver service excellence with each guest experience
* Assist with bar operational tasks when required
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service and enabling future bookings
