Neuropsychologists play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care to patients with progressive neurological diseases. As a Senior Clinician, you will work within a dynamic and committed team to provide assessment and therapeutic interventions, including positive behaviour support.
Our team works closely with a large multidisciplinary team, providing services across inpatient, outpatient, and NDIS settings. We are a tertiary provider of specialist care across the state of Victoria, recognised for our innovative approaches to delivering care to patients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing assessment and therapeutic interventions to patients with progressive neurological diseases
* Working collaboratively with a large multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities
Requirements include:
* AHPRA Registered Psychologist with Specialist Endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology
* AHPRA approved supervisor status (desirable)
* Experience in working with clients with complex neurodegenerative conditions (desirable)
* A passion for individualised assessment and neuropsychological intervention (e.g., behaviour support)
* A strong interest in trauma-sensitive care and adapted therapeutic intervention
* A desire to work within a large multi-disciplinary team
* Flexible and adaptive approach
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
