Were looking for a confident HR Generalist who enjoys being close to the business to join our Brisbane team as a People & Capability Advisor on a 12-month parental leave contract.
What youll be doing
Youll partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support and help create a positive employee experience.
Youll provide confidential advice to managers and employees, support employee relations matters (including disciplinary and performance management), and contribute to HR projects as needed.
A key part of the role is also providing remuneration and benefits advice and supporting annual remuneration review processes.
Youll prepare employment communications and letters (for example, parental leave, jury duty and employment confirmations) and assist across the business where required.
What were looking for
Youll bring 5 years generalist HR experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the judgement to handle sensitive matters with care. You can work autonomously, take initiative, and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and agreed standards.
