Job: - ServiceNow Test Analyst (Base Line Clearance Required)

Duration: - ASAP to 31 Dec 2026(3 x 6 months extension)

Location: - Canberra(Hybrid working arrangement)

Estimated Start Date: - Tuesday, 26 May 2026

Experience level: - APS6 Equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Analyst for an initial 7months term with possible extension of 18 months with a Fed Govt

Required Skills

* Three or more years of experience working in a senior testing or BA role within large and complex digital transformation programs utilising ServiceNow applications, in either government or large commercial enterprise context.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology.

* Ability to manage competing project priorities and to build productive working relationships with stakeholders from multiple teams. Proficiency in the use of Agile project work management and collaboration tools including MS Azure DevOps. Experience in the use of test automation tools including Selenium, Playwright and native ServiceNow test automation capabilities · Sound technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its API-enabled integration within complex enterprise applications landscapes ·

* Experience in working with ICT vendors and systems integrators in a government program delivery environment.

Desirable Skills
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as ICT, business, public administration.

* Expert knowledge of ICT project delivery and business operations models and associated procedures in government.

* Strong understanding of Australian Government regulatory policy frameworks and their enablement via implementation of ServiceNow applications demonstrated knowledge of data storage and warehousing solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

* Certifications or training evidence in Data Management/Analysis.

Responsibilities
* Advise Multidisciplinary Delivery Teams (MDTs) and business stakeholders on leading test & quality assurance practices in the rapid rollout of ServiceNow applications in context of Australian Government transformation programs

* Streamline the applications validation and verification (testing) approach, targeting accelerated delivery

* Define and execute Test Plans, Test Cases and testing status reporting dashboards

* Refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for staff facing business applications, and assist program business analysts with uplift of User Story definition standards

* Engage across the Program to assist build out and maintenance of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

* Assist the integration and automation testing team with the definition and implementation of testing suites that verify API integrations of FAD ServiceNow application with other AEC systems

Visa Status and Security Clearance

Candidate must have Baseline Security Clearance
