Responsibilities
1. Possess a comprehensive understanding of high BMS / HVAC principles and design.
2. Assessment of customer site for installation requirements, installation design
3. Sales Assistance, involving innovative use of latest technology in establishing system design, and providing project estimates.
4. Prepare submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval.
5. Definition of scope
6. Planning / scheduling of project execution including attendance to builder's design meetings.
7. Develop software, perform ‘bench testing’ if required and deliver commissioning package to field. Assist delivery in startup as required.
8. Control systems design, implementation and documentation.
9. Provide technical direction to project team members.
Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities
10. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics - Preferred
11. Project management professional qualification - Preferred
12. Intermediate to Advanced computer skills - Essential
13. Previous experience working with highly complex control solutions.
14. Involvement in the design of a BMS / HVAC system with ABGR / Green Star requirements
15. Proven track record in a project engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
16. Knowledge of networking, database technology and trends in BMS / HVAC would be highly advantageous
