What You'll Do
An AML Analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting Stockland's financial crime program across AML, CTF, fraud, bribery, corruption, and sanctions.
* In this permanent role within our Group Risk team, you will support the development, implementation, and enhancement of Stockland's AML and financial crime programs.
* You will conduct KYC, CDD and ECDD reviews across real estate customers and wholesale investors, assessing activity and transactions for potential risk.
* Working closely with our AML Manager, you will assist with the investigation and preparation of AUSTRAC suspicious matter reports, reputational checks, sanctions screening and broader financial crime risk assessments.
* You will collaborate across business units including Group Legal, Development and Sales, Investment Management and Strategic Procurement to provide timely and commercially grounded advice on financial crime risks.
* This role exists to strengthen Stockland's risk and compliance framework, support business decision‐making, and contribute to a risk‐aware culture across the organisation.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Minimum three years' experience in similar AML or financial crime roles within an Australian regulatory environment.
* Demonstrated experience conducting CDD and ECDD onboarding plus ongoing monitoring
* Experience preparing or supporting AUSTRAC suspicious matter reporting
* Strong knowledge of Australian AML legislation, regulatory obligations and emerging reforms
* Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and deliver commercial, risk‐aligned outcomes
