* Penrith, Sydney-based role, travel across Sydney to customer sites (Northern Sydney/Central Coast).

* Respond to customer enquiries with urgency, collaborating across divisions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
* Lead end‐to‐end service delivery and equipment installation for new business, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
What You Will Bring
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Strong problem‐solving capability, supported by well‐developed numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, including managing a business pipeline.

About Visy
Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations – predominately in Australia and New Zealand. We believe materials are not recycled until they've been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.
