The Nurse Unit Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to an acute care inpatient mental health service for young people aged 12-18 years.

* Providing active and visible leadership to support nursing care.
* Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, regulatory standards, and professional codes of conduct.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Current registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, as evidenced in a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record/Professional Practice Portfolio (PPP).
* Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
* Knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.
* Management / leadership experience.
