We're seeking a Machine Operator to join working with specialised equipment. Full training is provided
About the Role
You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.
Your duties will include:
• Setting up and operating processing equipment
• Feeding and guiding product through machinery
• Monitoring machine performance, tension and quality
• Performing minor adjustments and troubleshooting
• Using overhead cranes and/or forklifts to move materials
This is a physical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery and materials.
What We're Looking For
• No experience required Full training is provided. However, those with industrial or production machinery experience will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Safety-focused with a reliable work ethic
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and urine drug/alcohol test
Overhead crane and/or forklift licence highly regarded
What's On Offer
Long-term, ongoing employment
$33.50 to $38 per hour Labour Hire (First 6 months)
$30 - $35 full time after probation
