Job Title: Hospitality Team Member
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Team Member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas, including sweeping, mopping, washing up, and emptying rubbish bins and boxes.
* Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
* Carry out general cleaning duties as directed by management.
* Ensure all equipment is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
* Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
Requirements:
* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Previous kitchen porter experience preferred but not essential.
