Your Responsibilities:
* Respond to daily buyer enquiries and qualify leads
* Identify selling opportunities and book appraisals
* Proactive prospecting across multiple channels
* Letterbox drops, door knocking and local area engagement
* Follow-up calls: anniversaries, suburb reports & appraisals
* Prepare and deliver appraisals and pricing strategies
* Stay informed on market trends, values and compliance
* Manage your patch with a high level of customer service

What We're Looking For:
* Proven real estate sales experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ambitious, driven and open to learning new systems
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A portfolio or online profile showing past sales results
* Valid Queensland real estate licence
