* Current NSW RSA; prior bar experience highly regarded.
* Well-organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and clear communication.
* Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Solid understanding of hygiene practices and food safety standards.
