Job Description
This role is responsible for optimizing the delivery of combat system support services to ensure efficient delivery that meets the operational needs of our customer. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across internal and external teams to develop and achieve buy in across the stakeholder group.
The Sustainment Optimisation Manager will be accountable for:
* Optimising the delivery of combat system support services to ensure efficient delivery that meets the operational needs of our customer.
* Working collaboratively across internal and external teams to develop and achieve buy in across the stakeholder group.
Further, the successful candidate will:
Develop a Sustainment Solution:
* Understand the current delivery scope and approach for sustainment at Saab Australia.
* Engage with stakeholders to achieve agreement with both internal and external stakeholders for the proposed solution.
* Work collaboratively with the relevant functional teams to develop the required change documentation including contract and processes.
Manage Change Effectively:
* Develop a change management plan in conjunction with Saab functional support areas.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
* Effectively manage collaborative relationships with peers and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate, engage and actively contribute as a member of the Leadership Team to ensure team success.
Recruit and Develop Staff:
* Assist in the recruitment, development and placement of staff within the Sustainment organisation if required to deliver the outcome.
Maintain Close Working Relationships:
* Develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
