We're looking for enthusiastic Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. Whether you have prior pharmacy experience or are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding and customer-focused environment.
Position Overview
In this role, you'll be the friendly face our customers see when they visit. From assisting with sales to keeping the pharmacy running smoothly, you'll play an important part in delivering great service and supporting the health needs of our community. Weekend work may be required as part of your roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
* Assist with sales, product advice, and customer enquiries
* Maintain clean, well-stocked, and well-presented shelves
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Assist in medication packing (experience desirable but not essential)
* Support pharmacists and colleagues with day-to-day tasks
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Medication packing experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Previous retail or pharmacy experience
