Pearl Recruitment is a national recruitment agency servicing construction, industrial, mining and technical sectors, that has been established in Western Australia since 2010 and opened a Queensland office in 2025. To continue to fuel our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Recruiter / Branch Manager to our team.
Our current QLD team features a Business Development Manager; Senior Recruiter with this role critical to the growth and strategy of the branch. The role would suit either a Senior or Branch Manager that is interested to run a branch from scratch with profit share / partial ownership possibilities.
About the Role:
* Spearhead the expansion of our office in Queensland
* Manage 1-2 other staff with daily, weekly and monthly targets and goals
* Assist with Business Development and Recruitment efforts as required
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
* Work with our senior team to develop strategies for new business growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Currently working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager, Branch Manager or other senior position within a Blue Collar Labour Hire agency
* Able to manage and grow a team
* Willing and able to perform BD / Recruitment
* Well-connected and strong understanding of the QLD Labor Hire Market

Our office is in South Brisbane (current lease until April 2026, with option to re-new or move). We are offering a permanent salary + bonuses with the potential for profit share / partial ownership for the right person.
