About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident graduate or someone early in their career who wants to take on a challenging role in sales support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a problem-solving approach. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Team across all sales activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external associates.
* Assist in building campaign proposals, creating and running reports, and liaising with clients as needed.
* Develop strong relationships with Trading & CTU teams to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts.
* Provide post-analysis of advertising campaigns and assist Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing.
* Track bonus delivery agreements for campaigns set by salespeople.
Requirements
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
