We are seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our operations unit, you will play a pivotal role in supporting franchise partners through the onboarding process.
* Franchise Partner Onboarding: Provide comprehensive support and training to new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless start to their business venture
* Documentation and Compliance Management: Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance requirements during the onboarding phase
* Training Coordination: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and providing ongoing support to address any challenges or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in administration work, franchise or business coaching. You should also be open to interstate travel to visit multiple Success Tutoring sites across Australia. Additionally, you will need a driver's license and a strong administrative background.
