We are seeking a diligent Sales System Administrator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain and configure CRM systems, ensuring smooth operation and user access management.
* Audit customer data regularly, eliminating duplication and inaccuracies through clean-up processes.
* Provide ongoing support and training to enhance CRM adoption and usability.
* Act as the primary point of contact for users regarding onboarding and CRM troubleshooting.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system configurations and best practices.
* Tailor CRM functionality to meet business needs by creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM functionality with departmental workflows.
* Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data.
* Create dashboards and reports to track customer behavior and business performance.
* Develop and optimize marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies.
* Monitor and support integrations with connected systems and tools.
To succeed in this role, you will require at least two years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot or similar platforms like Salesforce. Strong technical skills in workflows, automation, templates, reporting, and user management are essential.
