Description
We are seeking an experienced legal Administrative Assistant to join our well‐established Personal Injury team in Adelaide. Our Personal Injury practice specialises in personal injury and medical negligence matters, supporting clients through complex and often challenging circumstances.
About the role
You will provide day‐to‐day administrative support to our Personal Injury practitioners, including:
- Opening, managing, and closing files using Affinity
- Drafting and formatting correspondence and court documents
- Managing diaries, appointments, and key deadlines
- Coordinating appointments and obtaining records and reports
- Liaising with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders
- Preparing briefs to counsel and collating documentation
- Scanning, electronic filing and general file management
- Time entry, billing support, and other administrative tasks
About you
You will have:
- Previous experience in legal administration, noting personal injury experience is highly regarded
- Confidence using Affinity or similar practice management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skillsA qualified, client‐focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
