Administrative Officer in the Wollongong Hospital Gastroenterology team. The role supports patient care by managing reception for outpatient clinics and coordinating daily administration for the clinical team, including Staff Specialists, Registrars, and VMOs. The position helps ensure clinics and endoscopy units operate efficiently to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support for outpatient clinics in the Gastroenterology department.
Coordinate daily operations and deliver high-quality administrative support to clinicians and allied staff.
Assist in the smooth operation of clinics and the endoscopy unit to support patient care and the clinical team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential requirements: applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
Online typing speed test at 45 words per minute (required).

Remuneration and Benefits
Salary: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour plus 11.5% super and salary packaging.
Permanent Part time role, 32 hours per week.
Location: Wollongong Hospital (TWH).
