Details: The Director, Property and Infrastructure works to the Senior Director, Property and Procurement to support the delivery of facilities and support services to the ACT Courts and Tribunal. The position leads the Property and Infrastructure team to ensure the physical needs of the organisation are met.
The position oversees the day-to-day administration of the contractual arrangements that support the ACT Law Courts Building, the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Forensic Medicine Centre, most notably the Public, Private, Partnership Arrangement. Through these activities, the position provides direction and expertise in a range of operational aspects including courtroom technologies, security, asset management, specialist equipment maintenance and soft services.
The position also plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including the Judiciary, ACAT, Digital Canberra (DCBR), Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) and JACS Corporate, to help facilitate a simplified service model for ACTCT staff and the Courts and Tribunal that it services.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Qualifications in Contract Management, Property Management or Project Management are highly desirable.
* Computer literacy skills are relevant to this role as you will use several computer software programs to undertake the tasks of this role.
* Experience working in client facing or customer service roles is highly desirable.
* Driver’s licence C is essential.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 03 May 2027. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Due to the operational requirements of the role, hybrid working arrangements are not suitable for this position.
