About the Role
Responsible for providing exceptional ‘customer first’ client and business support across Heffron, the Client Services Consultant (CSC) is the first point of contact for all communication into Heffron. Applying knowledge about our range of products and services, an understanding of broader company operations and reliable administration, our Client Services Consultants are our customer champions.
From answering client queries on Heffron processes, SMSF technical matters or fund progress updates, to providing new product and service information with a focus on growth, this role operates as the central triage point within a team of SMSF professionals.
Key Responsibilities Areas
* Company-wide triage and in-bound query handling via voice, virtual, written and bespoke system communication platforms
* Outbound calls to follow up or explore product and service opportunities with new or existing clients interested in new services
* Data capture, maintenance and storage in our various internal databases, ensuring compliance and data integrity
* Cross functional support in training our future accountants, developing as part of our graduate program
* Actively contribute to the development and/or roll-out of new products and services including, making client centric recommendations and testing as required
* Applying SMSF, client and operational knowledge to support internal teams deliver our products and service their clients
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous experience working in a client and/or administrative support role within a professional services environment;
* Genuine enjoyment of and willingness to respond to clients in a timely manner. Whether by phone or other communication platforms;
* A demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a complex environment;
* Excellent communication skills with an understanding of how verbal, written and listening skills are used to empathise, influence or negotiate;
* Able to work autonomously and persevere with the more administrative, routine tasks that must be completed; and
* Tenacious attention to detail.

This position is available on a full-time basis and remuneration is based on skills and experience.
