We are seeking an experienced facilities manager to join our team in Sydney. As a facilities coordinator or assistant facilities manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a senior facilities manager client-side.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation and oversight of daily operations, including all aspects of programmed maintenance, reactive maintenance, and compliance.
Skillset:
• Diploma degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management Construction Operations Management or related educational course
• Relevant industry experience in facilities management services maintenance operations management relationship management Qualifications practical experience OH&S building compliance highly regarded Familiarity HSE&S risk regulations Understanding Australian Standards National Construction Code
