Job Summary
As a seasoned business growth professional, you will be instrumental in fostering new relationships and expanding our presence within the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Superannuation sectors.
Main Responsibilities
* Pursue new business opportunities across your designated territory
* Develop strategic account and territory expansion plans to drive revenue growth
* Lead regional teams, collaborating with top-notch mobile developers and digital transformation consultants in the APAC region
* Formulate an offshore strategy for delivering key CX and BPO solutions, working closely with key partners
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in sales consulting or professional services focused on digital transformation projects
* Desirable experience selling Generative AI, CX, UX, App Dev, Lowcode, Cloud, BPO etc
* A proven track record of developing new business within existing and net new logos
* Established connections with a wide range of Banking, Finance, Insurance and Superannuation customers is mandatory
* An outgoing, driven, highly consultative approach is essential
