Are you ready to lead and inspire a team driving world-class training? As a Course Implementation Officer, you'll oversee the delivery of governance and administration for training programs within the School of Navigation Warfare. Working closely with stakeholders and training staff, you'll ensure exceptional outcomes aligned with Commonwealth standards.
As a Course Implementation Officer, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Leading and mentoring Course Coordinators to ensure quality and compliance
- Managing course planning, scheduling, and logistics in line with the Navy Training Plan
- Overseeing trainee progress and ensuring accurate reporting
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support resource allocation and effective delivery
- Driving continuous improvement by consolidating feedback and leading audits

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- The ability to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 or higher
- Knowledge of Defence training systems, including PMKeyS and SADL processes
- Strong leadership and operational planning skills
- High-level communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with RAN training policy and processes
- Desirable qualifications include a background in training, assessment, or education.
