Sitzler Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Administrator to join our team in Northern Territory.
This is an exciting opportunity within the Risk and Commercial department, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting project operations.

Includes but not limited to the following:
* Provide administrative assistance for the project and carry out work as directed by the Project / Construction Manager
* Assist in all contract administration requirements of the project, as directed
* Administer collaboration systems for projects - i.e. Aconex, Project Centre
* Establish and maintain project document registers and arrange for the distribution of approved documents
* File, control and maintain all project related records and documents
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets and obtaining authorisation from relevant staff
* Manage camp accommodation and travel bookings for remote projects as directed by the Project / Construction Manager
* In undertaking your role you must maintain the ability to access the project work site either permanently or at intervals required by the project as mandated by the Director's
Knowledge/skills/training required to carry out the job:
* Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 2 years in financial and project administration with middle level experience
* Some understanding of construction materials and methods
* Some knowledge of contract administration principles, some understanding of tendering principles
* Ability to monitor and maintain the document management and filing system of the project
* Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills
* Good verbal communication, ability to write clearly and concisely
* High level of attention to detail
* High level of Microsoft Office computer literacy
Mandatory requirements of this position:
* Applicants must be Australian Citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Defence Security Clearance.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Nationally Recognised Construction Induction
* Drivers Licence
