You will guide clients as they return to daily life after a psychological injury, influencing them to achieve their identified goals through rehabilitation.
The Role
As a Counsellor, you will manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching and career guidance. You will also perform vocational assessments and create networks with employers in New South Wales.
You will use psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes, working unsupervised and showing initiative.

Requirements
* Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies.
* Experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation skills.
* Result-focused approach and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Initiative and ability to work independently.
* Attention to detail and ability to prepare data for reporting purposes.
* Accuracy and efficiency in administration procedures.
* Australian driver's licence and vehicle access.
* Police clearance and Working with Children check.
