Team Leader | Brisbane
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in‐class risk management solutions for mid‐market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and a large regional branch network.
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of brokers and leading a client portfolio whilst also implementing strategies focused on growth and portfolio retention.
What the day will look like
* Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across a diverse industry portfolio.
* Oversee key stakeholder relationships and focus on client experience enhancement.
* Identify development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions.
* Grow new and profitable business within the Commercial segment.
* Lead and manage team members within the segment, overseeing recruitment, HR and performance management.
* Mentorship and development of junior team members within the region.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:
* Experienced Insurance Broker with leadership experience or capabilities.
* Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products.
* Holder of Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance.
* Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
* Experience or interest in mentorship.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success.
