What you can expect: Reporting into the Finance Manager, this is an existing role for the Australian market based in our SEAPAC support office in Cremorne. Fundamentally this role is responsible for managing the IT service desk, providing timely and appropriate support for IT issues for HUGO BOSS locations and employees across Australia and assisting with store retail IT project rollouts. Occasional weekend standby support is required. Key responsibilities include: Managing the IT Service Desk function for HUGO BOSS Australia in line with the IT Service Level Agreement (SLA) and IT Security & Data Protection policies Providing timely and appropriate IT support for IT issues to HUGO BOSS Australia Effective and timely support of retail IT projects and key IT initiatives The management of IT equipment in retail and office environment for HUGO BOSS Australia Setup, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of end-user relevant IT equipment in office and retail environment. Preparation of IT guidelines and manuals for end-user. User Account management (User Administration & New User Authorisations).
