Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor
Ventia, a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand, invites applications for a full‑time Accommodation & Cleaning Supervisor role in partnership with the Australian Defence Force.
About The Role
The role is a hands‑on position focused on coordinating and supervising accommodation and cleaning services to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across designated Defence sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise accommodation and cleaning operations to meet contractual obligations and service delivery standards.
- Drive compliance with Ventia’s SHEQ management systems and promote a zero‑harm culture.
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and audit processes.
- Lead and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve service delivery standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and safety requirements.
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance – an Australian Citizen willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check.
