Position Overview:
As a key member of our food and beverage team, your mission is to sprinkle a little magic on our guests’ dining experiences. From fine dining elegance to vibrant casual bites, you'll ensure our outlets run like a well-oiled machine, serving up high-quality food and exceptional service with a smile.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding customer service & problem-solving skills. Sharp attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent personal presentation & hygiene standards.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage POS systems.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate required.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
