Safety and stability are crucial for children experiencing separation from their parents. As a Senior Child Contact Worker, your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of children during contact arrangements, as well as promoting positive relationships between children and their non-resident parents.
Main Responsibilities
* Facilitate safe and suitable transfers of children between parents;
* Deliver high-quality support to assist separated parents in developing positive relationships with their children;
* Help children build strong, healthy relationships with their non-resident parents;
* Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve service goals.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to community welfare practice (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Social Science);
* Demonstrated experience in community welfare or related field;
* Current understanding of relevant legislation;
* A valid driver's license.
