Garage Doors and More are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Junior Receptionist / Administrationrole. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming customers in our showroom with a friendly and professional manner
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly
* Booking jobs and scheduling appointments
* Liaising with our team to ensure daily operations run smoothly
* Providing high-quality customer support from enquiry through to completion
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A confident, positive, and proactive attitude
* Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks at once
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable transport to and from work
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
