Description:
 * The role of the Customer Service Representative involves providing exceptional service to students and campus employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 * Responsibilities include responding to 911 or non-emergency numbers and providing administrative office support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
They will work within a 24/7 operation and may be required to respond during emergency situations.
A State of Florida driver's license and high school diploma or GED are required.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and experience in security, military, law enforcement, correctional, medical, dispatch, and/or administrative support is highly valued.
