About the role
Traction Ag is seeking a talented Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Naracoorte, SA. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural machinery customers and ensuring the smooth operation of their equipment.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting and processing customer & workshop orders for spare parts, accessories and components
* Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert product advice
* Maintaining comprehensive inventory records and stock levels to meet customer and in-house demands
* Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfilment
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Collaborating with the wider team to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive or agricultural machinery industries is preferred but not essential
* Aptitude to learn core product knowledge and understanding of a wide range of spare parts and components
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to customers
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
* A collaborative team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service
* A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to customer sites as required
