We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our business. If you have experience in manufacturing (preferably food manufacturing), display strong leadership skills, are hands‑on and great in problem solving, you are the right candidate for this position.
This full‑time position as a Production Supervisor plays a key role within our team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines. In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You should be able to optimise day‑to‑day activities while minimising the costs and delivering a quality product.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Overseeing the whole production processes and take full responsibility to ensure the smooth running of production processes.
* Execute production plans and ensure efficient production runs with minimum downtime, ensuring that all products are produced and target and deadlines are met to fulfil the orders.
* Liaise with Maintenance and Quality departments. Identify, monitor, and address production related process performances and general issues.
* Manage and organize the whole production team. Supervise, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
* Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and other industry‑related regulations.
* Assist with production trial and execution.
* Assist with GMP, Housekeeping, and Audits.
Requirements
* Proven track record as Production Supervisor or similar, with extensive and hands‑on experiences in food manufacturing or related industry.
* Solid and hands‑on experiences in manufacturing of fast moving consumer goods.
* Proven ability to lead, meet deadlines and targets. Be able to implement and make things happen.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent service, following procedures, and complying with requirements/standards.
* Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Standards and OH&S requirements.
* Hands‑on experiences with machinery and maintenance would be an advantage.
