Ideal Electrical Suppliers, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Bundaberg and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.
A typical day will involve
* Ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch.
* Managing daily sales orders, quote requests and management of customer projects
* Building excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure best possible margins are maintained
* Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies that will help the branch exceed sales and service objectives.
* Responding to customer queries & outbound follow up calls
* Further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
A Bit About You
* Previous experience in a spare parts, sales or customer service role desirable, but not essential
* Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
* Forklift license nice to have
* Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience within sales roles highly regarded – however we will provide the required product training
* Have a passion for all things electrical and enjoy a fair dinkum yarn with a sparkie
