Work with our Central Maintenance Team at Portland Aluminium as a Mechanical Work Delivery Coordinator. This role coordinates maintenance work in a defined geographical area or functional/technical group. The Work Delivery Coordinator is part of the maintenance team, responsible for ensuring nominated work is safely handed over and executed to the quality required.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate maintenance work in a defined geographical area or functional/technical group
* Support site wide delivery of corrective and planned maintenance activities
* Safely hand over and execute work to the quality required
Requirements
* Mechanical - Fitter qualification (Australian Apprenticeship, Tradesperson's Rights Certificate or equivalent)
* Advanced skills and knowledge necessary to isolate, diagnose, analyse and rectify complex equipment related problems
* Experience in PLC systems and motor control beneficial
* Problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills essential
