We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and proactive Administration Officer, in a full time capacity, to support the smooth operation of the HR, Safety and IT functions. This role is based at our Townsville office in Garbutt.

What we are looking for:

This role is dynamic - no two days are the same. You will enjoy collaborating with internal and external customers to meet your goals, demonstrating or possessing:

* Strong administrative skills, completing tasks with a high attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to quickly learn in-house IT systems.
* A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
* Driver license with the ability to travel throughout our branches.
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing high level administration support to the department including, but not limited to:

* Completion of procurement and finance processes for IT, HR and Safety functions,
* Document control processes including editing, tracking and publishing,
* Coordinating, booking and producing itineraries for all travel requests,
* Coordinating and scheduling of training requests,
* Onboarding and offboarding IT requirements for new and exiting employees, and providing troubleshooting assistance where required,
* Record keeping and tracking,
* General administration tasks such as scanning, copying and filing.
