 * A proven track record in sales within a related industry to demonstrate success and build credibility.
 * A Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all levels.
 * Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills to secure business opportunities and drive results.
 * Excellent time management and organisational skills to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
 * Proven business development and marketing skills to promote services and expand the customer base.
 * A current driver's licence and a roadworthy vehicle to perform duties effectively.
