About the Role
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our Workplace Law Team in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide office.
* Deliver high quality, timely legal advice and services in respect of workplace law matters to our members.
* Report to the Legal Team Manager - Workplace Law Team and contribute to the collective knowledge and learning of our teams on employment, safety and discrimination issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary legal qualifications such as a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor.
* Eligibility to hold an unsupervised practising certificate as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
* Demonstrated post-admission experience (ideally over 2 years) in employment law.
* The ability to express ideas effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of prioritisation, time management and self-management skills.
* Good computer literacy and competency to work in an electronic document management environment.
