We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business success.
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with our Optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience, coaching effective selling and customer service skills to your team members.

1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position
2. Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws
